Last Tuesday, April 11th, at the Microsoft House in Milan, we introduced the new Cloud Voice solution, MultiUx brand.
At the event, organized in partnership with Microsoft, took part companies that already have or will implement Skype for Business in their environment, and partners of fabbricadigitale, or possible ones, interested in getting familiar with the Cloud Voice solution.
Cloud Voice has been described as a set of services, on Skype for Business Online, able to replace the standard PBX thanks to a virtual secretary who filters and sorts the incoming calls and interacts via “bot”, all on Cloud but keeping the high security levels.
Giandomenico Oldano, TLC & Operations Manager of RCS MediaGroup – the first enterprise that adopted the Cloud Voice solution, highlighted some of the advantages came up after the implementation: the immediate connection with colleagues and partners in the organization and all over the world, the possibility to see the availability of colleagues and consequently contacting them or not through a call or a chat message, and the enterprise level security level setting for meetings.
