For the international trade fair EuroShop 2017, Arneg asked for a multimedia solution for its stand and an app for mobile devices dedicated to visitors.
Thanks to the Virtual Concierge, monitors in the stand and push notifications, sent directly to the visitors’ smartphones, showed logistics and organizational communications relating to the fair visit.
The app for visitors and guests has been developed for supplying custom services, innovating the fair stand visit experience, facilitating the visit itself with maps of the exhibition areas and products location. Touch totems has been placed in the fair stand for guaranteeing an ideal visit, and information on the latest news, product catalogues, and hospitality services.
The multimedia XuniPlay platform, in particular the signage circuit, allowed the management and broadcast of shows, contents, and news in real-time on all devices, monitors, and totems installed in the fair stand.
