Description: the customer RCS Media Group, after analysis and studies, noticed the need of cutting the on premises Lync infrastructure maintenance costs.
The offered solution, proved to be the ideal one, was the Cloud Voice offering of MultiUx – fabbricadigitale, which guarantees planning and guide of the entire migration process from Microsoft Lync to Skype for Business and from on premises environments to Cloud ones, and the implementation and adoption of the perfect tools for the complete and efficient SfB functioning.
In the first phase, we updated Lync 2013 to Skype for Business; in the second one, we created a hybrid environment, composed of on premises Skype for Business with the Cloud integration. In addition to the MultiUx Cloud Voice planning and implementation phases, we used third parties such as Microsoft Cloud PBX, Skype for Business, AudioCodes Mediant 2600.
RCS Media Group has been the first Italian customer that adopted the MultiUx Cloud Voice solution.
